Incepto, a French startup that distributes artificial intelligence applications to enhance diagnostic quality, has raised €27m from LBO France, Wille Finance, Axa Venture Partners, BPIFrance, and Karista. The startup was established in 2018 by Antoine Jomier, Florence Moreau, and Gaspard d'Assignies. Incepto is developing a platform of medical imaging solutions based on AI, including radiography, scanning, ultrasound, and MRI. Its goal is to quickly detect cancer or cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases with its solutions and to assist doctors and radiologists in managing data analysis.
The proceeds will allow Incepto to develop its platform, expand internationally, and aim for 1,000 customers and one million patients by 2024.
