HR startup Wiserskills, specializing in skills mapping and talent management, was acquired by Neobrain, a company offering AI-powered HR solutions.
Founded in 2016 by Carole Menguy Houel and Jean-Bernard Girault, Wiserskills offers three solutions for working force planning, which enable the precise mapping of employees' skills and motivations, as well as helping them to build their career paths and anticipate their training needs.
With this acquisition, Neobrain aims to accelerate its commercial development and strengthen its teams. The company's AI-powered solutions provide clients with insights into employee engagement, well-being, and potential, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
Wiserskills' solutions will be integrated into Neobrain's offerings, which include a talent management platform and a skills assessment tool. This will enable Neobrain to expand its portfolio and offer a more comprehensive suite of products.
Neobrain was founded in 2018 and has since raised over €10 million in funding. Their clients include major corporations such as LVMH, Sanofi, and Total. Wiserskills, on the other hand, has raised €2.5 million in funding and has worked with clients such as Orange and Société Générale.
The acquisition is a significant step for Neobrain in its efforts to become a major player in the HR tech sector. With the addition of Wiserskills' solutions, the company will be well-positioned to offer a comprehensive suite of products to its clients and to further expand its market share.
